Immediate Needs
As we begin the long process of recovery, there is an urgent need for supplies to aid flood victims and support mission teams on the ground. The most immediate needs include:
Cleaning Supplies: Many homes and businesses are covered in floodwater, leaving behind debris and hazardous materials that need to be cleared.
Monetary Donations: Your financial support will allow us to purchase essential items and provide direct aid to those affected.
Cots & Air Mattresses: We are looking for cots and/or air mattresses for the mission teams who will be providing hands-on help.
Water: Bottled or gallon-sized water is critical to support both flood victims and volunteers.
5-Gallon Buckets: These are needed to help with clean-up efforts, as families begin to rebuild their homes and businesses.
Do for one what you wish you could do for everyone…
We’ve seen devastating losses across eastern Kentucky. At New Beginnings, we’ll work with our ministry partners to help and bless as many submissions as God provides. Since we’re planted in the Pikeville area, we’ll be focusing many of our efforts here.
